- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Once I told the clerk that I had Tenn Care insurance the tone changed dramatically, I was treated like second class. The clerk told me to wait as she took a personal call and when I angrily demanded to speak with the owner, I got similar treatment from her. I certainly know that customer service is crucial in any business.
